Nothing you need to do. We track the flight from departure and the chauffeur times the pickup to the actual landing. The first 60 minutes of waiting after you land are free, however late the plane is.

Inside the arrivals hall, after customs, holding a board with your name on it. We send the exact meeting point for your terminal before you land.

We track it from departure and move the pickup at no charge. You do not need to message us.

A ride to the city takes about 20 to 30 minutes when traffic is light. It can take longer at rush hour.

Yes. We meet passengers at Terminals 1 to 4, and your chauffeur waits inside arrivals with your name. Terminal 4 is not linked on foot to the other terminals; Changi's free shuttle bus links them.

Yes. You choose the class when you book, and we send the chauffeur's name and number before you land.

Tell us when you book and we move you to the MPV or the Combi, which takes seven passengers and seven cases in one car. The fare is agreed before the day, so nothing changes at the kerb.

The fare is agreed when you book and does not move with traffic, tolls or parking. Cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup. If no car turns up, we refund the fare in full.

It can be. A night fee may apply to pickups between 11 pm and 7 am. If it does, you see the amount before you pay. The price never goes up because it is busy.

So you know roughly what it costs at home. The charge is always in SGD; the converted figure is a guide.

Our car is SGD 70 to 95 for the whole car, agreed when you book. A metered taxi to the city is about SGD 25 to 45 on the meter. Taxis also add an airport fee of SGD 6, or SGD 8 from 5 pm to midnight, and busy hours can add more.

Ride-app fares can change with demand, and taxi fares add surcharges at busy times. Ours is agreed when you book. The chauffeur waits inside arrivals with your name, and you get 60 minutes of free waiting.
