What the account covers
01
Met by name, every time
Inside the arrivals hall with a board. The traveller never looks for a car or joins the taxi queue.
02
You know before they land
The chauffeur's name and number go to you and to the traveller once the car is assigned.
03
One invoice a month
Each transfer on its own line with passenger, route, car and fare. 30-day terms.
04
Book in one message
A flight number, a name and an address on WhatsApp or email. The trade desk confirms in the same thread.
05
Flight changes handled
We track every flight from departure, so a delay or a diversion moves the pickup without a call from you.
06
Same terms as everyone
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before, a backup car if one breaks down, the full fare back if no car turns up.
